Alexandria newlyweds haven't been getting the whole story on birth control.

Virginia law requires that marrying couples receive brochures about birth control along with their marriage licenses.

The city admitted that a secretary has been handing out birth-control pamphlets advising them only on the rhythm method - a natural technique endorsed by the Roman Catholic Church but criticized for its unreliability.
