PLAYGROUND PLANS TO BE MADE PUBLIC AT MARCH 31 MEETING

A "Design Day" meeting will be held March 31 for the new community playground to be built in October at Patrick Henry Drive.

The meeting is at 7:30 p.m. at the town parks and recreation center.

A schematic plan of the playground will be introduced, along with its logo and name. The plan, logo and name incorporate the ideas of local children.

Volunteers are needed for child care, food preparation, fund raising and construction.
