GENERALS' ROWE 12TH AT NCAA SWIM MEET

Washington and Lee freshman swimmer John Rowe earned honorable mention All-American honors Friday at the NCAA Division III Championships at the University of Buffalo.

Rowe finished in 12th place in the 400-yard individual medley with a time of 4:09.12. He will swim in the 200 breaststroke today, and senior captain Doug Brown will compete in the 1,650 freestyle. - Staff report
