The next time the Lotto jackpot exceeds $20 million, the rumors and anxieties about somebody trying to corner the winning combination will arise again. Here is what we, as concerned Virginians, should do.
Buy more tickets, Why? Because -
More tickets sold will mean a better chance that more than one ticket will match all six numbers needed to win the jackpot.
The people holding the winning tickets will have to split the jackpot evenly.
If a $25 million jackpot had to be split four ways, the ideal situation would be that the "investors" would collect only $6 million on their $7 million investment.
