Nancy Elizabeth (Beth) Williams and Richard William Martilik are please to announce their engagement. She is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James F. Williams of Roanoke. She is a graduate of Patrick Henry High School and The Medical College of Georgia. He is the son of Mrs. Sophie Martilik of Philadelphia, Pa., and the late Frank W. Martilik. He is a graduate of Roman Catholic School in Philadelphia, Pa. A July wedding is planned.
