WAGGONER-DYER

Betty Ruth Dyer and Charles T. Waggoner were united in marriage on February 8, 1992, in Church of the Ressurection. The officiating clergyman was Father Dwight Shrader. The reception was held at Portside U.S. Coast Guard Base. Stephanie Weddle was the maid of honor. The bridesmaid was Michele Carter. Todd Waggoner, brother of the groom, was the best man. John Dyer, brother of the bride, was the usher. The bride, daughter of Edwin and Pearl Dyer of Boones Mill, is a graduate of Virginia Tech. She is employed by Sverdrup Corporation. The groom, son of Charles and Shirleen Waggoner of Chesapeake, is a graduate of Virginia Tech. He is employed by American Management Systems. After the wedding trip to Florida, the newlyweds will live in Alexandria, Virginia.
