OBIT CARROLL, O.
CARROLL, OLA N. Ola Neighbors Carroll, age 89, of Salem, died Friday. She
was a member of Calvary United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by
her husband, John E. Carroll; sons, Oscar Carroll, Warren Carroll, Howard
Carroll, Claude Carroll, Ralph Carroll and Carl Carroll. She is survived by
her daughters and sons-in-law, Ruby Yates, Dorothy and Wayne Brickey, Margaret
and George Daugherty, Shirley Daugherty; sons and daughters-in-law, Wayne and
Sandra Carroll; Eddie and Jean Carroll; a number of grandchildren and
great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Monday at 2:00 p.m. at the
Calvary United Methodist Church with the Rev. Rob Colwell officiating.
Interment will be at Sherwood Memorial Park. The family will receive friends
on Saturday from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Sunday from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
and 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the John M. Oakey & Son Funeral Home, Salem.
