PEACE DIVIDEND FROM MILITARY INVESTMENT

MEMBERS of Congress continue to speak about a "peace dividend" in terms of dollars and cents as they disassemble the country's military forces.

Peace is a dividend from an investment in a well-trained and -equipped military force.
