NEW YORK, N.Y. - Roy L. Davis of New York, N.Y., formerly of Roanoke, died Monday, March 16, 1992. Mr. Davis was recently preceded in death by a cousin, Charles G. Hammond, Jr. Surviving is one cousin, Lee P. Hammond, Jr., Buchanan. A memorial service will be conducted 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at Oakey's Roanoke Chapel. The Rev. Stephen R. Creech will officiate. Interment will be private. Arrangements by Oakey's Roanoke.
