EDEN, N. C. - Ruby Gibson Roberts, age 60 of 612 Robindale Court, Eden, N. C., died Sunday, March 22, 1992 at Morehead Memorial Hospital. She was born in Botetourt County, Va. and was a member of Liberty Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband, James C. "Pete" of the home; two daughters, Shirley Volk, Georgia; Phyllis O'Dell of Ridgeway, Va.; one son, Jack Carter, California; one sister, Phyllis Grayson, Roanoke, Va.; five brothers, Maynard Gibson, Florida; Jack Gibson, Roanoke, Va.; Wayne Gibson, Roanoke, Va.; Bennie Gibson, Roanoke, Va.; Donnie Gibson, South Carolina; seven grandchildren, three great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held 4:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 24, 1992, at Liberty Baptist Church, Reidsville, N. C., where she was a member. Burial will be in Overlook Cemetery. Visitation will be 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Monday at Fair Funeral Home, Eden, N. C.
