OBIT-SMUSZ, L.

BUCHANAN - Lorraine Mary Reed Smusz, age 34 of Route 2, Buchanan, passed away Saturday at a local hospital. Survivers include her husband, Frank M. Smusz; two sons, Brian Francis Smusz and Kevin Thomas Smusz, both of the home; her parents, Donald J. Reed, Sr., and Mary Frances Delaney Reed, Goodview; three brothers, Donald Joseph Reed, Jr., Blue Ridge; Michael Paul Reed, Long Island, N.Y.; Paul J. Reed, Fincastle; two sisters, Maureen R. Endlund, Bedford; Jenny Reed, Goodview; also several nieces and nephews. A requiem mass will be offered at the Catholic Church of Transfiguration located within Fincastle United Methodist Church at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday by the Father Don LeMay. The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 10:00 a.m. until time of the funeral mass at 1:00 p.m. at the Fincastle United Methodist Church. Lotz Vinton Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
