Mrs. Lucy Belle Taylor, age 91, of Roanoke, died Sunday. She is survived by one son, Charlie J. Taylor, Jr., of Salem; four daughters, Mrs. Ramona T. Workman of Roanoke; Mrs. Louise T. Vest of Flatwoods, Ky.; Mrs. Alpha T. Graham of Danville; Mrs. Joanne T. Smith of Baltimore, Md.; a special grandson, Barry Mann of Roanoke County; 21 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, March 25, 12:00 noon at the Emmanuel Wesleyan Church with the Rev. Aaron J. Rummage officiating. Interment will be in Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens. Friends may call at Lotz Salem Chapel after 12:00 noon Tuesday.
