LET GOD BE THE JUDGE OF GAYS

A HEADLINE in this paper March 20 disturbed me very much. It read, "Violence against gays up 31 percent, report says."

What the gays are doing is a sin against God, and I don't condone their behavior in the least. But when people persecute and commit violence against gays, their actions are just as bad and they deserve to be condemned themselves.

It behooves people everywhere to repent of their own sins and get in a right relationship with God, and let him be the judge and decide what punishment is to be meted out. ROBERT S. McCORMICK JR. LEXINGTON
