Maggie Mae Weeks, age 96, passed away Friday, March 27, 1992 in a Roanoke hospital. Survivors include, three cousins, Jessie Padgett, Lina Webster, Clara Wilson, all of Roanoke; three great-great-grandnephews, Lloyd Cannaday, Martinsville; Calvin Cannaday, Pilot; David Cannaday, Willis; a special friend, Treva Cannaday, Willis; other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Sunday at Pleasant Hill Church of the Brethren with Rev. Edith Griffith and Rev. Enos Griffith officiating. Burial will be in Pleasant Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Saturday at the Maberry Funeral Home.
