\ NEWS PROGRAMS: WVRU's "Talk of the Town," 8 p.m. Wednesday and 1 p.m. Friday, features a discussion on the problems that have arisen in the reunification of Germany since the fall of the Berlin Wall. Arnold Schuetz, director of Cranwell International Center, will lead the discussion.
"Speakers Corner" airs on WVRU Monday at 1 p.m. This week's program features Rep. Bernard Sanders of Vermont, the first independent elected to Congress in 40 years. Sanders talks about our two-party-dominated system and the growing public apathy toward the electoral process.
