REED ANNIVERSARY

Mr. and Mrs. Ervin T. Reed celebrated their 50th Wedding Anniversary on March 29, 1992, with a reception at Copper Hill Church of the Brethren, hosted by their children. The couple were married March 27, 1942. They have two children, Douglas Reed of Atlanta, Ga., and Kay Jacobs of Roanoke; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Mr. Reed is retired from Dixie Appliance Company. Mrs. Reed, the former Lorraine Carr, is a retired teacher with Floyd County Schools. They are members of Copper Hill Church of the Brethren.
