WILLIAMS, FRANK A. Mr. Frank Arnold (Pop) Williams of Salem, passed away on Saturday in a local hospital. He was a retired postal carrier in New York City. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Rosa Williams, Salem; one brother, Mr. Albert Williams, Brooklyn, N.Y.; two sisters-in-law, Carol Williams and Grace Jarvis, both of Brooklyn, N.Y.; two brothers-in-law, Leonard Jarvis, Brooklyn, N.Y.; and Floyd Jarvis, Salem; two godchildren, Ernest and Shermaine Grogan, Salem; a host of other relatives and friends.
