THOMPSON, O'DETTA G. DUBLIN - O'Detta "Dotty" Graham Thompson, age 68 of
109-F Wesley Lane, Dublin, died Friday morning at the Radford Community
Hospital. Born April 19, 1923, in Pulaski County, she was the daughter of the
late Ninnian W. Graham and Lula Spencer Graham. She was preceded in death by
her husband, Harry James Thompson; a sister, Mary Lynn Fore; and a brother,
John Claude Graham. Surviving are two daughters, Kathleen B. Ellicott,
Houston, Texas; Mrs. Don (Laurie) Lewis, Chico, Calif.; two sons, James R.
Thompson, Dublin; Paul E. Thompson, Pulaski; four sisters, Louis Cox and Ruby
Felts, both of Dublin; Peggy Wilson, Radford; Ethelene Wilson, Santa Anna,
Calif.; and three grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Sunday at 2:00
p.m. at the Bower Funeral Chapel, Pulaski, with Dr. Gina Rhea officiating.
Burial will follow in Highland Memory Gardens, Dublin. Visitation was held
Saturday from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the Bower Funeral Chapel, 1631 Bob White
Blvd., Pulaski, Va. Bower Funeral Chapel, Pulaski, is in charge of
arrangements.
