TAKE PEROT SERIOUSLY

AMERICA needs to be excited that Texas billionaire H. Ross Perot is willing to run for president! A prerequisite he set for his candidacy is getting on the November ballot in each state.

This man has proven he has a great deal to offer America. To help get rid of waste in our federal government and make our country strong economically, we need to help Perot get on Virginia's November ballot. Signatures of thousands of registered voters are needed.

Mr. Bush's campaign adviser has been quoted as saying that both political parties need to take Perot seriously. We need to take him seriously. We can make a difference. GILLIAM M. LEWIS ROANOKE
