WINCHESTER - Dorothy L. Athey passed away Sunday. She is survived by her husband, Timothy T. Athey; two daughters, Gail O. Alouf, Roanoke; Paula Rutherford, Winchester; one son, Timothy Athey, Jr., Winchester; nine grandchildren; two great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. at the Omp's Funeral Home Chapel, Winchester.
