CSX FILES $2.5 MILLION SECURITIES-FRAUD SUIT
CSX Corp. and a subsidiary have filed a $2.5 million securities fraud lawsuit against an Oregon firm in U.S. District Court.The Richmond-based rail firm and its subsidiary, CSX Technology Inc., allege that George S. Bush & Co. Inc. of Portland, Ore., a customs broker, made misrepresentations and omissions that caused CSX to lose $1.25 million.
Also named a defendant in the civil action is Stephen M. Craig, an officer and director at Bush.
