7 WOMEN TO COMPETE FOR MISS MONTGOMERY
The 1993 Miss Montgomery County Scholarship Pageant will be held Saturday at 7:30 p.m. in Christiansburg High's auditorium.Seven contestants will judged on private interviews, talent, evening gown and swimsuits.
Amy Eileen Adams, 20, of Radford, a student at New River Community College, will perform a jazz dance.
Jodi Skurupey of Blacksburg is a freshman at New River Community College. She will sing.
Hollie Ann Slusser, 20, is a Radford University sophomore in physical and health education. The Christiansburg resident will play the sax.
Emily McNeil, 18, of Christiansburg is a senior at Christiansburg High. She will sing.
Shannon Obenchain, 18, is a Radford University freshman marketing education major. Also from Christiansburg, she will do a monologue.
Tammy Renee Martin, 23 and a Virginia Western Community College sophomore, will sing.
Stacy Renee Harrell of Pulaski, 24 and a Radford University education graduate, will sing.
The pageant winner will advance to the Miss Virginia Pageant in Roanoke in July. Admission to Saturday's event is $5 at the door.
