2 COMPANIES FILE IN BANKRUPTCY COURT

Two Wise County companies have filed business petitions in U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Roanoke. Peggy Lynn Brock, doing business as Quality Collision and Refining, an auto-repair firm at Norton, asked for liquidation, reporting debt of $77,902 and assets of $21,490.

Also, Wells, Waters and Gases Inc. of Wise, filed for reorganization. The environmental services and industrial gas sales and service firm estimated its debts and assets at less than $50,000.
