OBIT CREED, ADA MAY MOORE

CREED, Ada May Moore, 93, of Shawsville, died Friday, March 5, 1993, in the John Randolph Hospital in Hopewell, Va. She was preceded in death by her husband, Melvin L. Creed. Survivors include five sons, Lewis Creed of Shawsville, John B. Creed of Ft. Walton Beach, Fla., Wilford Creed of Mineral, Va., Clyde Creed of Pilot, and Gary Creed of Elliston; four daughters, Lorene Brammer of Edgewood, Md., Elizabeth Brammer of Elliston, Geraldine Carden of Chester, Va., and Mary Huff of Christiansburg; nineteen grandchildren, thirty great-grandchildren and six great-great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday, March 9, from the Richardson-Horne Funeral Home Chapel conducted by the Rev. Bill Yates and the Rev. Claude T. Dove. Burial will follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens. Friends may call anytime Monday at the Richardson-Horne Funeral Home where the family will receive friends from 7 until 9 Monday evening.
