OBIT RATLIFF, REYNOLD M. ("HAROLD")

RATLIFF, Reynold M. ("Harold"), 70, of Roanoke, died March 6, 1993 in a local hospital. He was a member of Grandin Court Baptist Church, retired owner of the Malibu Restaurant in Salem. He served in the army in World War II, where he was attached to the 405th Anti-Aircraft Gun BN. He is survived by three sons and daughters-in-law, J. Randy and Darlene B. Ratliff, Stephen R. and Julie F. Ratliff, all of Roanoke, M. Scott and Rebecca R. Ratliff, Richmond; six grandchildren, Aimee, Kerri, Mandy, Matthew, Beth, and Lauren Ratliff; three sisters, Lilly Crowder, Lottie Hicks, and Hattie Doyle, all of Roanoke; one brother, Joe Ratliff Jr., Roanoke. Funeral services will be held at 11:30 a.m. Monday from Oakey's South Chapel with the Rev. Carol Johnston and Rev. Charles Watkins officiating. Burial will follow in Sherwood Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 3 to 5 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at Oakey's South Chapel.
