OBIT TURNER, GREGORY SCOTT

TURNER, Gregory Scott, 15, of Forest, died Tuesday, March 9, 1993 in U.Va. Medical Center in Charlottesville, after a long illness. Born in Lynchburg June 15, 1977, he was the son of J. Samuel Turner of Evington and Donna Scott Turner of Forest. He was a student at Timberlake Christian School. In addition to his parents he is survived by his paternal grandmother, Beulah Ferris; paternal stepgrandfather, Clinton Ferris; his maternal grandmother, Edra Turner; maternal stepgrandfather, Bill Turner. Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday in Whitten Timberlake Chapel by Dr. Alan Mason and the Rev. J. C. Willard. Interment will be at 4 p.m. in the Reed Island Springs Baptist Church Cemetery in Meadows of Dan, Va. The family will recieve friends from 7 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
