TAX INCREASES WON'T BE OPTIONAL
WHERE DO the supporters of President Clinton's plan get the idea that they have the option to decide if they are "willing" to pay higher taxes? I don't think that the 1993 Form 1040 will ask if you are "willing" to pay the amount on line X.
The only decision that the taxpayer will have to face is whether he is "willing" to face the consequences of not paying these taxes. RON DAVIS TROUTVILLE
