Sally Beth Scott and Jeffrey A.Freeland are engaged and planning to be married September 11, 1993. She is the daughter of Mrs. Ruby W. Scott of Boones Mill, and the late Mr. Paul Scott. She graduated from Franklin County High School and Virginia Western Community College. She is employed by Allstate Insurance Company. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. George A. Freeland of Roanoke. He graduated from Northside High school and attended the University of South Carolina - Aiken. He is employed by Jefferson Pilot Insurance Company.
