CLEMENTS-ZWEIFEL
Kathryn Zweifel and Timothy R. Clements were married March 13, 1993, at the
Virginia Tech Memorial Chapel. Rev. Herbert Myers performed the ceremony. The
reception was held at the Donaldson Brown Center. The matron of honor was
Christen Whitten, sister of the bride. Bridesmaids were Kelley Drowne, Susan
Rojas, Shannon Collins, and Kristi Wall, all friends. The best man was David
Clements, brother of the groom. Groomsmen were Thomas McCann, Steven Flowers,
Lyn Wilkinson, JamesWestmoreland, and Robert Williams, all friends. Lay
readers were Caryn Neel Bushong and Paul Zweifel. Music before and during the
ceremony was provided by Jean Danton, of Boston, soprano; Heather Shotts,
Cleveland, trumpet; JamesBryant, Blacksburg, organ, and Feza Zweifel, brother
of the bride, Cleveland, timpani. The guestbook was attended by Christy Brown
Vines. The bride, escorted by her father, wore an ivory taffeta gown with
Alencon lace beaded with iridescent sequins and pearls. She carried a formal
cascade of gardenias, stephanotis, star gazer lilies, white roses, and
heather. The bride is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Paul F. Zweifel, of
Blacksburg. She graduated from Virginia Tech and is employed by The Step Co.,
Atlanta, Ga. The groom is a son of Mrs. Milton Clements and the late Mr.
Clements, of Crewe, Va. He graduated from Virginia Tech and is Contracts
Manager for Aerotek in Atlanta. After the wedding trip to Maui, Hawaii, the
newlyweds will live in Atlanta.
