THURMAN-DUNCAN

Angela Yvonne Duncan and Brian Keith Thurman were united in marriage on March 13, 1993, in North Roanoke Baptist Church, with the Reverend Darryl G. Crim officiating. The reception was held at the fellowship hall.

The maid of honor was Tammy Echols. The bridesmaids were Katherine Duncan, sister of the bride, and Donna Ingram. The flowergirl was Ashley Duncan, niece of the bride. The best man was Dennis Thurman, father of the groom. The ushers were Bradley Thurman, brother of the groom, and Brian Witt. The ringbearer was Zachary Garlick, cousin of the groom. The guestbook attendant was Ruth Cottrell. The vocalist was Marla Rock and the organist was Martha Short. Photographs were taken by King Photography.

The bride is the daughter of Luther and Barbara Duncan of Roanoke. She graduated from Northside High School and is presently attending the College of Health Sciences. The groom is the son of Dennis and Mary Kay Thurman of Roanoke. He graduated from Northside High School and the College of Health Sciences. He is employed by Vinton Fire Department.

The couple will reside in Roanoke County.
