OBIT HAWKINS, NANCY LEE DAVIS

HAWKINS, Nancy Lee Davis, of Corpus Christi, Texas, passed away Friday, March 12, 1993, at her home. She was born in Botetourt County November 9, 1932, and was preceded in death by her husband, Paul V. Hawkins. Surviving are her children, Paul Keith Hawkins, Mary Beth Hawkins, and David Lee Hawkins, and grandchildren, Paul Keith Jr. and Lauren Marie Hawkins, all of Texas; her father and mother, J. Paul and Odell H. Davis, Botetourt County; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Shirley and Don Duncan of Botetourt County, Barbara and Bill Peyton of Roanoke; nephews and nieces; and many special friends. Memorial services will be held Saturday at St. Mark's Lutheran Church in Corpus Christi, Texas. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday, March 16, 1993, at Glade Creek Lutheran Church in Blue Ridge, Va., with the Rev. Guy A. Ritter officiating. Burial will follow in Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at Glade Creek Lutheran Church Monday, March 15, from 6 to 9 p.m. Flower deliveries will be received at the church Monday afternoon.
