OBIT TWITCHELL, GLADYS HELEN

TWITCHELL, Gladys Helen, 66, of Roanoke, passed away Monday, March 15, 1993 in a local hospital. Surviving are her husband, Kenneth D. Twitchell; three children at home, Jessica, Jeremy and Tracy; two sons, James Sykes Jr., Chucky Sykes; two daughters, Shelby Sheets, Peggy Lawson; her father, Arthur Pruett; two brothers, Andy Pruett, Jimmy Pruett; a sister, Peggy Arnold; 11 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted 3 p.m. Thursday from Oakey's Vinton Chapel with Rev. Ken Kingrea officiating. Interment will follow in Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens. Friends may call after noon Wednesday at Oakey's Vinton Chapel where the family will be from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday.
