STUART, Armon Bland, 87, of Bedford, died Sunday, March 14, 1993. He was born in Montgomery County September 27, 1905. He was predeceased by his wife, Lora Bland Stuart; and one daughter, Martha Belcher. He is survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Shirley and James Keister, Bedford; son and daughter-in-law, Charles E. and Anna Stuart, Midland, Pa.; a son-in-law, R.D. Belcher, Bedford; six grandchildren, Mary Jane Wilkerson, George D. Belcher, Richard W. Belcher, Emily Stuart, James Stuart Keister and Fredrick Hampton Keister; four great-grandchildren, Matthew Wilkerson, James Charles Keister, Jacqueline Belcher and Kayla Belcher; four sisters, a twin sister, Iris Blankenship, Nellie Ratcliff, Ocie Brugh, Sadie Graham; two brothers, Reginald Stuart, Enis Stuart, all of Roanoke. Funeral services will be conducted at the graveside, Halls Church Cemetery, Ironto, 1 p.m. Friday, March 19, with the Rev. Steven W. Greer officiating. Friends may call Oakey's North Chapel Thursday, March 18. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m.
