COX, Frances Loretta, 73, of Roanoke, died Tuesday, March 16, 1993. Surviving are devoted friends, Nash and Charlotte Wright, Frank and Susan Hartman and Peggy Tompkins; three nephews; and a sister-in-law. Funeral services at Oakey's Roanoke, 11 a.m. Thursday with Dr. Daniel Scott officiating. Interment in Fair View Cemetery. Friends may call at Oakey's Roanoke Chapel.
