MOORE BIRTH

Tyler Austin Moore, weighing 7 lbs. 13 ozs. and 21 inches long, was born at Lewis Gale Hospital on January 29, 1993 at 10:51 a.m. His parents are David and Mary Moore. He has two brothers, Bryan, age 5, and Bradley, age 1 1/2. His grandparents are Winfred and Vicky Moore of Roanoke and Bud and Doris Boitnott of Roanoke. The attending physician was Dr. Richard V. Forth. Special thanks to the excellent nursing staff at Lewis Gale and our family and friends for all your help andsupport.
