OBIT GROSS, LULA GEORGIA

GROSS, Lula Georgia, 82, & GROSS, Auvie Theodore, 92, of Roanoke, died Sunday, March 21, 1993 in a local hospital. Mrs. Gross was a member of Belmont United Methodist Church. Mr. Gross was a member of Vinton Baptist Church, a former member of I.O.O.F. and retired machinist for Norfolk Naval Air Station. Mr. and Mrs. Gross are survived by one son and daughter-in-law and two grandchildren. Mrs. Gross is also survived by a sister. Funeral services will be conducted 11 a.m. Wednesday at Oakey's Vinton Chapel with the Rev. C. Reginald Walton and the Rev. David Elks officiating. Interment will follow in Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens. Friends may call at Oakey's Vinton Chapel from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday.
