OBIT LEWIS, BILLIE DILLARD

LEWIS, Billie Dillard, Mrs., 83, of Roanoke, passed away Saturday, March 20, 1993 in a local hospital. Survivors include one son, Daniel O. Lewis, Roanoke; two brothers and sister-in-law, Daniel B. and Donnie Dillard, Dallas, Texas, George D. Dillard, Camden, N.J.; one grandchild, Quita Jovan Gates; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held Thursday, 1 p.m. at Sweet Union Baptist Church with Rev. E.T. Burton officiating with burial in Williams Memorial Park. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 7 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home. Hamlar-Curtis Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
