VIPPERMAN-TINSLEY

The wedding vows of Miss Kerri Dean Tinsley and Andrew Scott Vipperman were exchanged on Saturday afternoon, March 27, 1993, at two o'clock in Memorial Baptist Church in Staunton, Virginia.

The bride is the daughter of Mrs. Harvie S. Tinsley of Staunton and the late Mr. Tinsley. She is the granddaughter of Mrs. Pattie Hatley Wilkinson of Richmond, Virginia. Parents of the bridegroom are Mr. and Mrs. William H. Vipperman, Sr. and he is the grandson of Mrs. Walter C. Carmack of Bristol, Tennessee.

Rev. Temple D. Myers officiated at the double ring ceremony. Dr. RobertCopenhaver, uncle of the groom, presented a meditation and Mrs. Allen Bell was reader.

Mrs. Bruce D. Frank was her sister's matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Mrs. Mark S. Tinsley, sister-in-law of the bride, Mrs. Glynn Whitten, cousin of the bride, Miss Rebecca Francis, Mrs. Dawn W.Sereno and Miss Dawn Cairns. Junior bridesmaid was Miss Brooke Tinsley Frank, niece of the bride.

Kerri Leigh Frank and Morganne Spence Tinsley, nieces of the bride, were flower girls.

The bridegrooms brother, William H. Vipperman, Jr. served as best man. Ushers were Mr. Robert Brady, Mr. Matt Pollak, Mr. Steve Tobash, Mr. Dennis Webb, and Mr. Bruce Frank.

Wedding directors were Mrs. Joe Austin and Mrs. Les Miller. At the guest book was Mrs. Virginia West.

The bride's mother entertained at a reception at the Sheraton Inn.

After a wedding trip to Clearwater, Florida, the couple will reside in Roanoke.
