OBIT MILLER, MAUDIE BOYD
MILLER, Maudie Boyd, 74, of Honaker, Virginia, passed away Sunday morning,
March 28, 1993 in a Richlands, Va. hospital. She was a member of the Swords
Creek Block Church at Swords Creek and was preceded in death by her husband,
Erskin D. Miller on March 6, 1993. Survivors include two sons, Jack Miller of
Swords Creek, Va., and Ronald H. Miller of Roanoke; one brother, McKinley Boyd
of Swords Creek; six grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Funeral
services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Wednesday in the Honaker Funeral Home,
Honaker, Va. with Rev. Carl Robinson, Rev. Ancil Childress and Rev. Jessie
Miller officiating. Interment will follow in Greenhills Memory Gardens at
Claypool Hill, Va. Pallbearers will be the grandson and grandsons-in-law. The
family will receive friends at the Honaker Funeral Home Tuesday from 6 to 9
p.m.
