APPALKIDS' 200TH SHOW

The 200th performance of a Pulaski County High School group will be held in Grayson County at 7 p.m. Saturday.

Appalkids - American People Presenting Appalachian Life through Kids in Dramatic Skits - will present its show at the 1908 Courthouse.

Appalkids has been performing for eight years and become well-known in the Appalachian region. The group's program includes music, folk tales and dialogue aimed at a positive image of Appalachia and its people.

The Friends of the Grayson County Library is sponsoring the performance. Admission is by donation. Call 228-5541, extension 425, for information.
