OBIT FERGUSON, CHRISTINE SINK
FERGUSON, Christine Sink, 73, of Rocky Mount, died Thursday, December 31, 1992 at Eldercare of Franklin County. She was a daughter of the late George Kenneth Sink and Maude Flowers Sink and was also preceded in death by her husband, Wiley Hobert Ferguson; two brothers, Lanford Sink, and Stafford Sink; one sister, Mrs. Rachel Sink Hunt. Surviving are three sisters, Mrs. Jesse (Kathleen) Crook, Mrs. Donald (Pearl) Worley, both of Rocky Mount, Mrs. Elmer (Margaret) Robertson, Ridgeway; four brothers, George Kenneth Sink Jr., Martinsville, Fred Sink and Earl Sink, both of Bassett, Delma E. Sink, Rocky Mount; a special sister-in-law, Bessie F. Powell; three sisters-in-law, Barbara S. Sink, Easter H. Sink, Allie F. Meeks; one brother-in-law, Jack Ferguson; a special friend, Marilyn Maietta. Funeral services will be conducted at Flora Funeral Chapel, 2 p.m. Saturday, with the Rev. J. D. Harmon officiating. Interment will follow in Franklin Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at Flora Funeral Service, 342 S. Main St., Rocky Mount.
