DESKTOP COMPUTER-VIDEO SUBJECT OF CONFERENCE

The real-world application of desktop video communication technology will be the topic of an interactive teleconference Jan. 12 at 2 p.m. at Radford University's Heth Ballroom.

The conference will focus on the rapid merger of computers and video into desktop communications systems that incorporate personal computers and terminals capable of full-motion, two-way video.

The program is sponsored by the university's telecommunications bureau, the continuing education office and the Center for Teaching Excellence. Registration is $45. For more information, call 831-5483.
