MARTIN, DANIEL BURTON

MARTIN, Daniel Burton, 78, of Route 6, Martinsville, died Friday, January 1, 1993, in a Martinsville hospital. He owned and operated Martin's Fruit and Produce Market. Surviving are his wife, Blanche Hooper Martin; two daughters, Mrs. H. G. (Brenda) Vaughn and Mrs. Jimmy (Joyce) Joyce, both of Ridgeway; a sister, Mrs. Eldridge Keith of Martinsville; and five grandchildren. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Sunday from the Grace Baptist Church, Ridgeway. Interment with military honors will follow in Roselawn Burial Park. Memorials may be made to Grace Baptist Church or the Disabled American Veterans. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday at the McKee Funeral Service Chapel and at other times at the home of a daughter, Brenda Vaughn, Romana Dr., Ridgeway.
