HENLEY, MARY DUNNIGAN
HENLEY, Mary Dunnigan 88, of Roanoke, passed away Thursday, December 31,
1992. She was preceded in death by her husband, Roscoe R. Henley. She was a
member of the West End United Methodist Church for over 58 years, and was a
member of the Rachel Rebekah Lodge. She will be sadly missed by her family and
friends, including her daughters and sons-in-law, Bernice and William L.
Carter of Jacksonville, Fla., Dorothy H. and Jack E. Sink of Roanoke; her
grandchildren, Robert L. Hambrick, Jr., Carol Ann H. Ward, Deborah S. Hall,
Cindy S. Stephens, all of Roanoke; brothers, Raymond L. Dunnigan of Dublin,
Roy S. Dunnigan of Pulaski; one sister, Ruth Seagle, Pulaski; six
great-grandchildren, one great-great-granddaughter; and several nieces and
nephews. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Joy Ranch in
Hillsville, Va. Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Saturday at the Lotz Roanoke
Chapel by the Rev. Phillip Simms with burial in Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens.
