DISINVESTING IN ROANOKE

THE DOMINION merger/takeover or what have you seems to be the perfect example, as the billboard states, of "Invest in Roanoke." What an investment it is - only 800-plus people in Roanoke will lose their jobs.

All of this while Mr. Dalhouse and Mr. Caudill stand to make millions and still have their jobs with all of the benefits. It stands to reason that they would be for the merger, as they certainly will not suffer. Some changes definitely need to be made in this world. ROY L. JARRETT ROCKY MOUNT
