SPICER-BLOSSER

Mr. and Mrs. Darrell R. Spicer announce the engagement of their daughter, Kelly Rae Spicer, to Daniel James Blosser. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Robert E. Blosser of Timberville, Va.

Miss Spicer is a graduate of Northside High School and the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia. Mr. Blosser is a graduate of Broadway High School and is presently attending Old Dominion University where he is majoring in Mechanical Engineering and will graduate in May of 1993.

A November wedding is planned at First Baptist Church in Roanoke, Va.
