NORTON-SMITH
Ms. Kristi Smith and Mr. Jack Norton were married in a candlelight ceremony at Vaughn Chapel at Ferrum College on December 12, 1992. Rev. Deroy Campbell and Rev. Jim Angle officiated. Kelli Smith served as her sister's maid of honor. The bridesmaids were Paula Davis,Kristy Crawford, Pam Kelley, andBarbara Wood, all friends of the bride. Flowergirl was C.J. Hogan. The best man was W.H. Norton, Jr., father of the groom. The ushers were Will Norton, Franklin Norton, Carter Norton, and David Gunter, all relatives of the groom. The guestbook was attended by Penny Smith and Lesley Smith. Emily Smith directed the wedding, catered the reception, and was in charge of flowers. The bride is the daughter of Paul and Nancy Smith, of Rocky Mount. The bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. W.H. Norton, Jr., of Ferrum. Both the bride and bridegroom are graduates of Ferrum College. The newlyweds will reside in Boones Mill following a wedding trip to Cancun, Mexico. Special thanks to Emily.
