CARROLL, NORMA PHILLIPS

CARROLL, Norma Phillips, of Roanoke, passed away Monday, January 4, 1993 in a Roanoke hospital. She was a native of Richmond, Va. and had lived in the Roanoke area for the past 45 years. She attended Virginia Heights Baptist Church. Survivors include, one son James Norman Poff, Roanoke; one sister, Louise Phillips Snead, Richmond. A graveside service will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday in East Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home tonight from 7 to 8:30 p.m. John M. Oakey and Son Funeral Home, Salem is in charge of arrangements.
