BLACK HISTORY CALENDAR

On Jan. 17, the Roanoke Times & World-News will publish a calendar of events related to the observance of Dr. Martin Luther King's birthday on Jan. 18 and the Celebration of Black History Month in February. Events open and of interest to the general public will be included. Some black-and-white photos may be used and will be returned if accompanied by a self-addressed, stamped envelope. Information must be received by 5 p.m., Jan. 11.
