\ No hide-a-bed in the basement for them; Bill and Hillary Clinton are doing right by their parents for the inauguration, reports Washingtonian magazine.
Virginia Kelley, Clinton's mother, will be staying at the Mayflower Hotel's $3,500-a-night presidential suite, and Hugh and Dorothy Rodham will camp in the Mayflower's just-plain suite, $3,000 a night.

\ Now that he's leaving the political stage, Ben Jones - better known as Cooter to "Dukes of Hazzard" fans - is trying for a comeback on the sound stage.
"There's no reason why I shouldn't get back into entertainment," said Jones, 51, who played the mechanic on the television show for seven years. "Sometimes, I wonder if I ever left."
Jones, a Democrat, was elected to Congress in 1988. He lost his bid for a third term in last year's primary after his district was shredded by reapportionment.
He told The Augusta, Ga., Chronicle that he is trying to sell two weekly TV series concepts - a detective drama and a comedy about a small-time country singer who unexpectedly gets elected to Congress.
